Zhejiang Oushe Home Improvement and New Materials Co., Ltd. (Authoe) operates a vertically integrated manufacturing base in Haiyan, Jiaxing, Zhejiang. From raw material compounding to extrusion, surface finishing, and packaging, production is centralized under one roof to keep quality and lead times tightly controlled.
Production Capacity
Our facility runs 30 extrusion production lines, including:
- 3 extrusion lines for 110-model SPC flooring
- 2 co-extrusion lines for 92-model wall panels
- 25 lines (80, 65, 51 models) for wall and floor panels
With an annual production capacity of 15 million square meters, we are equipped to handle orders of any scale — from sample orders to full container loads.
In-House R&D and Quality Control
We maintain our own R&D laboratory and use a centralized feeding system for extrusion that ensures more precise formulations and greater efficiency. Every batch is checked against international standards before it ships. Quality is at the core of everything we do — our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure compliance with ISO, CE, ASTM, and REACH requirements.
